Weeks Fourteen Through Sixteen

Throughout the month of April it was getting progressively warmer. Finally, on April 29th, the temperature was at a toasty seventy degrees. Because I only brought sweaters, boots, and long pants, I decided to go buy thinner shoes and shorts. The next day I went to class in my new clothes. When I woke up on May 1st, it was raining. It rained all day, but I didn't think anything of it until I was talking on the phone with my mom that night. I told her it was raining and I looked out the window. I amended my previous statement: It was snowing. It proceeded to snow all night and the next two days.

Suffice it to say that my classmates and coworkers were not pleased. In fact, today my Children's Literature professor actually apologized for "the weather on behalf of all Wisconsin."

But mercurial weather aside, nothing much has been going on. Classes are officially over on the seventh, and I return home on the fifteenth.
